Free shipping to Post Nord, DAO and GLS parcel shop.

We deliver with Post Nord and GLS. When the item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a package number, which you can use to track your package.

Unclaimed item.

If you do not collect your order within the stated collection period (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. When re-sending, a new shipping fee of DKK 149,- (for Denmark) will be charged. This also applies if you have not received notification. According to the post office, it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on a package they are expecting.
