ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Secuyou.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop almost anytime.
To shop at s ecuyou.dk you must be 15 years of age or older and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 15 years of age, you can still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart.” You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up until the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the items.
Any additional payments for, for example, shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on "Proceed to checkout", where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method and choose delivery method.
You can change the contents of your shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Proceed to payment" button. After that, your order will be forwarded to secuyou.dk.
Prices on the website include Danish VAT. Currency is DDK.
We accept the following payment cards:
Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club.
The amount is generally only charged to your card when the item is shipped. In the case of pre-orders, the money is charged before the item is shipped.
Secuyou.dk's redemption agreement only allows s ecuyou.dk to reserve the money for 5 days in the system, after which s ecuyou.dk will withdraw the money from your card. In some cases, increased delivery times will overlap with this timeframe, which will result in your money being withdrawn before the item has been shipped.
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after ordering.
DELIVERY
We deliver with Post Nord, GLS, DAO in Denmark. When the item has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email from us with a package number with which you can track your desired shipping option's website. Items that are in stock are delivered within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
We offer free shipping in Denmark for orders over 600 DKK.
If you do not collect your order within the stated collection period (typically 10 days), the package will be returned to us. When re-shipped, a new shipping fee will be charged, as well as the costs of the return shipment, as well as a fee of 149,- for administration. Total 249,- For countries other than Denmark, the country-based shipping rates apply. This also applies if you have not received notification. According to the post office, it is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on a package they are expecting.
30 DAY REFUND POLICY
When you shop online and at secuyou.dk, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this by means of an unequivocal statement no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day (also applies to pre-orders). In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.
You must pay for the return yourself.
In addition, 3% of the refunded amount will be deducted. This amount covers transaction costs for the purchase. In addition, a handling fee of DKK 50 will be charged.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that secuyou.dk can refuse to refund all the money according to the law on distance selling, but will work with the customer to find a fair refund amount. This only applies if the item does not have the same value as when received, and secuyou.dk cannot sell the item as new and at a new price.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Goods not covered by the right of withdrawal will be indicated in the ordering process.
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
Missing original packaging may result in a loss of value, so to be sure to receive all your money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.

NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has diminished because
- you have actually used the product,
- it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods
- you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.
We reserve the right to make corrections to spelling and pricing errors.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS
If you use discount codes or vouchers issued by secuyou.dk, please note that you cannot use more than one discount code per order.
This is both a business and technical measure.
COMPLAINT - IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective product, an exchange, a refund or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. The right to complaint is valid for 24 months.
You must contact us within a “reasonable time”
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible. If you make a complaint within 2 months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the date you receive your package. If you are not satisfied with the product within this time, you are always welcome to contact our customer service and make use of our satisfaction guarantee.

We register and disclose your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered at secuyou.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

SMS Service
secuyou.dk assumes the right, as a service, to remind the customer via SMS about purchases that were not completed, delivery information regarding the customer's order, weekly offers and the like.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of goods on secuyou.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
